NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 22, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-002305-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON CORPORATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MASTR ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGES TRUST 2005-8, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-8, is Plaintiff and ERIC W. LACKER A/K/A ERIC LACKER; HELEN M. NEWBOLD A/K/A HELEN NEWBOLD; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 15th day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 77.5 FEET OF LOT 20, BLOCK 7, REPLAT OF PINE CITY SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 74 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
