NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated July 11, 2014, entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-010810-XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank N.A. as Trustee for Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Linda Aveline; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2; Unknown Tenant #3; Unknown Tenant #4 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 9th day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK 17, LEWIS ISLAND SUBDIVISION SECTION THREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 50, PAGES 54 AND 55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
