NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 14, 2014, and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-003990, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-8 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and CRAIG RAHN; THE FOUNTAINS AT COUNTRYSIDE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; HOUSEHOLD FINANCE CORPORATION III; ALDERMAN GROUP, LLC, F/K/A ALDERMAN PLAZA ASSOCIATES, A FLORIDA GENERAL PARTNERSHIP; PPG ARCHITECTURAL FINISHES, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A JEREMIAH HAWKINS, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 15th day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. I-206, OF THE FOUNTAINS AT COUNTRYSIDE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN THE OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14128, AT PAGE 301, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
