NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on this 29th day of July 2014 in Case No. 2012-2712-CI-20 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein United States of America is Plaintiff, and Patricia J. Janke, Deceased, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash the 16th day of September 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com the following described property as set forth in said Agreed Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Lot 644, IMPERIAL POINT UNIT SIX, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 66, Page 81,, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
