NORTHERLY 20 FEET OF LOT 14, ALL OF LOT 15 AND THE SOUTHERLY 20 FEET OF LOT 16, BLOCK 28, BELLEAIR ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGES 52 THROUGH 57 INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND FURTHER DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGIN AT THE MOST WESTERLY POINT IN THE BOUNDARY BETWEEN SAID LOTS 14 AND 15 FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING, AND FROM THE POINT OF BEGINNING THUS ESTABLISHED RUN THENCE NORTHEASTERLY ALONG THE WESTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOTS 15 AND 16 A DISTANCE OF 70 FEET;
RUN THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY PARALLEL TO THE BOUNDARY LINE BETWEEN SAID LOTS 15 AND 16 A DISTANCE OF 125 FEET TO THE EASTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 16; RUN THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY ALONG THE EASTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOTS 16, 15, AND 14 A DISTANCE OF 90 FEET; RUN THENCE NORTHWESTERLY PARALLEL TO THE BOUNDARY BETWEEN SAID LOTS 14 AND 15 A DISTANCE OF 125 FEET TO THE WESTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 14 AND RUN THENCE NORTHEASTERLY AT A DISTANCE OF 20 FEET TO THE ESTABLISHED POINT OF BEGINNING.
has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to this action, on Gladstone Law Group, P.A., attorneys for plaintiff, whose address is 1499 W. Palmetto Park Road, Suite 300, Boca Raton, FL 33486, and file the original with the Clerk of the Court, within 30 days after the first publication of this notice, either before 9/22/2014 or immediately thereafter, otherwise a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
