YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a Claim of Lien on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
Condominium Unit No. 408 in Building “H”, MOORINGS OF MAXIMO, a Condominium according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 16 at Pages 18-22 and as amended by Affidavit recorded in O.R. Book 4115, Page 923, as Clerk's Instrument No. 73175891; and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 4102, Page 231, as Clerk's Instrument No. 73158327; and Amendment thereof recorded in O.R. Book 4115, Page 925, as Clerk's Instrument No. 73175892 and as may be amended from time to time and recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

has been filed against you and you are required to file your written defenses, if any, with the Clerk of the above Court and to serve a copy within 28 days after the first publication of this Notice of Action on:
