NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-011410 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Nationstar Mortgage LLC, Plaintiff and Michael J. Rocek a/k/a Michael Rocek are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on September 26, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT 2822, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF COACHMAN CREEK, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 36, PAGES 88 THROUGH 105, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED SEPTEMBER 17, 1979, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4913, PAGES 1436 THROUGH 1502, INCLUSIVE, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AS RECORDED IN PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO, AND MADE A PART THEREOF, AND TOGETHER WITH A SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
