NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 7, 2014, and entered in 52-2011-CA-008916 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST 2006-AR5, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR5 is the Plaintiff and DIANA WATTERS GARCIA A/K/A DIANA W. GARCIA | A/K/A DIANA GARCIA; UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION #1; UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION#2 are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on September 04, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 30, BLOCK 8, BAY VISTA PARK REPLAT - FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE 5, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
