Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, that the Clerk shall sell the property situated in PINELLAS County, Florida described as:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit No. A, Building No. 3765, of BERMUDA BAY BEACH CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declarations of Condominium, as recorded in O.R. Book 5416, pages 1159 through, 1247 and any amendments thereto, and the plat thereof, as recorded in the Condominium Plat Book 64, Pages 74 through 89, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
and commonly known as 3765 41ST Street S 74A, St. Petersburg, FL 33711, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, September 8, 2014.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING ANY INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
