Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on June 27, 2014, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
LOT 6, BLOCK 85, THE MAINLANDS OF TAMARAC BY THE GULF UNIT FOUR, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 54 TO 62 INCLUSIVE, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 3773, PAGES 95 TO 168, INCLUSIVE, AS CLERK'S INSTRUMENT NO. 72050550; AND AMENDMENT THEREOF RECORDED AS CLERK'S INSTRUMENT NO. 75076951, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 3437 96TH TERR, PINELLAS PARK , FL 33782; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on September 25, 2014 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
