NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated July 29, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-005859-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST BY PURCHASE FROM THE FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE CORPORATION, AS RECEIVER OF WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA, is Plaintiff, and GCC PROPERTIES, LLC, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 01 day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain parcel consisting of Unit 6A, as shown on Condominium Plat of COVE CAY VILLAGE III, PHASE FOUR, a Condominium, according to Condominium Plat Book 104, Pages 44 through 52, as amended in Condominium Plat Book 106, Pages 85 through 92, and in Condominium Plat Book 108, Pages 76 through 83, all in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium filed September 21, 1989, in O.R. Book 7091, Page 2032, as amended by First Amendment to the Declaration of Condominium filed September 27, 1990, in O.R. Book 7388, Page 716, and by Second Amendment to Declaration of Condominium filed April 24, 1991, in O.R. Book 7551, Page 254, all in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with the exhibits attached thereto and made a part thereof and together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
