NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 6, 2014, entered in Case No. 12-011380-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Central Mortgage Company is the Plaintiff and Wilson Morillo; Unknown Spouse of Wilson Morillo; Bay Arbor Property Owners Association, Inc.; Capital One Bank (USA), N.A., f/k/a Capital One Bank; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 12th day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 1, BAY ARBOR UNIT 1A, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 118, PAGE 12-17, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
