NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 4, 2014 in Civil Case No. 10-008107-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein M&T BANK is Plaintiff and DAVID CAMPBELLA/K/A DAVID LEWIS CAMPBELL, NAOMI CAMPBELLA/K/A NAOMI PATRICIA CAMPBELL, ORANGE LAKE VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID CAMPBELL A/K/A DAVID LEWIS CAMPBELL, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NAOMI CAMPBELL A/K/A NAOMI PATRICIA CAMPBELL, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 18th day of September, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 26, Block 16, Orange Lake Village, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 36, Pages 65 through 67 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
