at the public sale on September 15th, 2014, at 10 a.m. Eastern Time or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, pursuant to the final judgment, to the highest bidder for cash at the website of www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
