Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of PINELLAS County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in PINELLAS County, Florida described as:
LOT 11, BLOCK 5, BAY RIDGE ESTATES FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 57, PAGE 20, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 8849 109th Lane, Seminole, Florida 33772, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on September 29, 2014, at 10:00 A.M.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
