NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 23, 2014 and entered in Case No. 14-000900-CI in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein Bank of America, N.A. was the Plaintiff and NICHOLAS H. ROBINSON AKA NICHOLAS HOWARD ROBINSON, ET AL., the Defendant(s), that the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on the 24th day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 71, SEMINOLE PINES SUBDIVISION PHASE I, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 79, PAGES 37 THROUGH 39, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINEALLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
