NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 28, 2014, entered in Case No. 12-014304-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Federal National Mortgage Association is the Plaintiff and Katrina D. Stobaugh a/k/a Katrina Pulliam; Hill Crest Villas Condominium Association, Inc.; Unknown Spouse of Katrina Pulliam a/k/a Katrina D. Stobaugh; Unknown Tenant in possession of the subject property are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 11th day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 14-F FROM THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF HILL CREST VILLAS CONDOMINIUM PHASE II, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 32, PAGES 51 THROUGH 54, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED ON THE 20TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER 1973 IN O.R. BOOK 4755, PAGE 480 AND AMENDED TO ADD PHASE II IN O.R. BOOK 4811, PAGE 170, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN PARAGRAPH 10 OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF HILL CREST VILLAS CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4755, PAGE 487, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A PERPETUAL AND NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT IN COMMON WITH, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ALL OTHER OWNERS OF UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE IMPROVEMENTS UPON THE LAND ABOVE DESCRIBED, FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS AND USE OF ALL PUBLIC PASSAGEWAYS, AS WELL AS COMMON AREAS AND FACILITIES UPON THE LAND ABOVE DESCRIBED.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
