NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 10th day of July, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-012016-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and GAYAN A. GUNAWARDENA; HIDDEN OAKS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 11th day of September, 2014 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 103, BUILDING 6-B, HIDDEN OAKS CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3400, PAGES 281 THROUGH 385, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3421, PAGES 1951, OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3430, PAGES 126, OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3473, PAGES 1964, OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3473, PAGES 1979, OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3487, PAGES 1446, OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3512, PAGES 1006 AND IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3949, PAGES 4951 TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
