NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated May 14, 2014, entered in Case No. 2013-CA-008328-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC is the Plaintiff and David Roberts a/k/a David Driscoll Roberts; Alecia Roberts a/k/a Alecia Inez Roberts; Truliant Federal Credit Union; Wedgefield Homeowners Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenants/Owners are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 15th day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK 60, CAPE ORLANDO ESTATES UNIT 4 F/K/A ROCKET CITY UNIT 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK Z, PAGES 74 THROUGH 81, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
