NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 12, 2014, entered in Case No. 2009-CA-018550-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Bank of New York Mellon, f/k/a The Bank of New York, as Trustee, on behalf of the Holders of the Alternative Loan Trust 2007-HY7C, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2007- HY7C is the Plaintiff and Maria Adorno; Unknown Spouse of Maria Adorno; Avalon Park Property Owners Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 15th day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 414 OF AVALON PARK NORTHWEST VILLAGE PHASES 2, 3 AND 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 63, PAGES 94 THROUGH 103, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
