NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Agreed Order Granting Motion to Cancel Foreclosure Sale dated July 14, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-011230-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 11th day of September, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. via the website: https://www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, ORLANDO HIGHLANDS RE-SUBDIVISION OF BLOCK 26, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK U, PAGE 15, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
