NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated July 29, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-002716-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and FISH TAIL PROPERTIES, LLC, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 30 day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
From the Northeast corner of lot 20, CAMBRIDGE CIRCLE, according to the plat thereof, recorded in plat book 10, page 128, of the public records of Orange County, Florida, run South 00 degrees 27 minutes 06 seconds East along the East line of said Lot 20 a distance of 58.50 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continue South 00 degrees 27 minutes 06 seconds East along said East line 118.90 feet to a Southerlymost corner of said Lot 20; thence run North 55 degrees 24 minutes 22 seconds West 210.40 feet to a point on the Easterly right-of-way line of Tift Circle, said point being on a curve concave Northwesterly and having a radius of 44.00 feet; thence from a tangent bearing of North 34 degrees 35 minutes 38 seconds East run Northerly along the arc of said curve and along said Easterly right-of way line 9.70 feet through a central angle of 12 degrees 37 minutes 54 seconds to a point; thence leaving said Easterly right-of-way line run South 68 degrees 02 minutes 16 seconds East 29.85 feet; thence North 89 degrees 08 minutes 54 seconds East 140.00 feet to the point of beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
