NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated July 29, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-022712-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and JONATHAN HENDERSON, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 30 day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
The East 240.00 feet of the South 140.00 feet of the North 450.00 feet of the East 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 13, Township 22 South, Range 30 East. Less Road Right of Way on East Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
