This Notice of Action is filed to give notice to the Defendant, Williard Paul Wicks, and any unknown defendants claiming by, through, under or against Defendant Williard Paul Wicks, of the filing of the above-styled action in the County Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida. The action is for a declaratory judgment regarding the ownership of an automobile.
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed against you and that you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Thomas R. Allen, Esq., 108 Hillcrest Street, Orlando, Florida 32801 on or before September 29, 2014, and file your original response with Orange County Clerk of Court at 425 North Orange Avenue, Orlando, Florida 32801 immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the action.
Copies of all court documents in this case, including orders, are available at the Clerk of the Circuit Court's office. You may review these documents upon request.
