NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated June 02, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-007640-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and MICHAEL C. RICH, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 06 day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGIN 15 FEET EAST OF SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 8, BLOCK 9, RUN WEST 75 FEET TO SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 7, THENCE NORTHWESTERLY 131.2 FEET TO A POINT 13.4 FEET WEST OF NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 7, THENCE EAST 86 FEET TO THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 7, THENCE SOUTHERLY 128.7 FEET TO A POINT OF BEGINNING, EDGEWATER HEIGHTS, NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK āLā, PAGE 64, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
