NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated August 04, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-003092-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein PHH MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is Plaintiff, and ANGELA W. HASTINGS A/K/A ANGELA HASTINGS, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 06 day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, BONAVENTURE II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 29, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH A MOBILE HOME LOCATED THEREON AS A PERMANENT FIXTURE AND APPURTENANCE THERETO, DESCRIBED AS A 1981 BRIGHT MOBILE HOME BEARING VIN NUMBERS 3B6040264A AND 3B6040264B.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
