NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, Case No. 2011-CA-010678-O, in which Plaintiff, U.S. Home Ownership, LLC., and Defendants, Cecil R. Ashley; Regina F. Ashley; Citibank; Citibank South Dakota NA; Rio Pinar Homeowners Association, Inc.; Salesability Incorporated; Unknown Persons in Possession of the Subject Property and any and all unknown parties claiming interests by, through, under or against a named defendant to this action, or having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property herein described, the Clerk will sell the following described property situated in Orange County, Florida:
Lot 15, Block C, Rio Pinar Lakes Unit One, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page(s) 55 through 56, inclusive, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.

Together with an undivided percentage interest in the common elements pertaining thereto at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 11:00 am on the 18th day of September, 2014, at www.myorange.realforeclose.com.
