UNIT 6A, BUILDING 6, PARK LAKE WOODS, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3068, PAGE 412, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, IF ANY, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
