NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 13, 2014, in Case No. 2012-CA-001513 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit for Collier County, Florida, in which Regions Bank D/B/A Regions Mortgage, is Plaintiff, and David J. Rippe, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex of the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 A.m. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 18 day of September, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 21, Block 359, Marco Beach Unit Eleven, a subdivision according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 6, Pages 80 through 86, inclusive, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
