NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 18, 2014 and entered in Case No. 13-CA-72, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED NOTEHOLDERS OF RENAISSANCE HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2005-3, RENAISSANCE HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2005-3, is Plaintiff and George D. Tracy, Mary Ann Tracy a/k/a MaryAnn A. Tracy, Patricia A. Tracy, United States of America and Unknown Spouse of Patricia A. Tracy, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, located 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 A.M. on the 17th day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 2, Block 28, Unit 2, Golden Gate, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 68, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
