NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 15, 2014, and entered in Case No. 1203087CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Philip E. Quinlan, Regions Bank f/k/a AmSouth Bank, The Retreat Commons One Homeowners Association, Inc., The Retreat Commons One Homeowners Association, Inc., The Retreat Waterside, Inc., are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 17 day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT 17-102, THE RETREAT WATERSIDE, A CONDOMINIUM, AND AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS, AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1338, PAGES 70 THROUGH 131, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO.
