NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 4, 2014, and entered in Case No. 10 000841 CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which The Bank Of New York Mellon Fka The Bank Of New York, As Trustee For The Certificateholders Cwalt, Inc., Alternative Loan Trust 2006-oa10 Mortgage Pass-through Certificates, Series 2006-oa10, is the Plaintiff and James R. Starnes, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Incorporated as Nominee for America's Wholesale Lender, Mary Beth Starnes, Unknown Tenants, are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 18 day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
