NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 19, 2014 and entered in Case No. 11-2012-CA-004326 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida wherein Veranda I at Heritage Bay Association, Inc., is Plaintiff, and J. Terry Heath is the Defendant, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the the 3rd Floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, Naples, Florida at 11:00 a.m. on the 18 day of September, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment to wit:
UNIT NO.111, IN BUILDING NO. 1, OF VERANDA 1 AT HERITAGE BAY , A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4076, AT PAGE 542, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 10200 Heritage Bay Boulevard, Unit 111, Naples, FL 34120.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) Days after the sale.
