NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 12, 2014 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated May 23, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 12-4087-CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-1, Plaintiff, and WILLIAM RAMOS, SAGRARIO RAMOS, UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A DIANA RAMOS, COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC., D/B/A AMERICA'S WHOLESALE LENDER, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 AM, on the 17 day of September, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 75 FEET OF TRACT 12, OF GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT 62, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 87, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
