Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on MAY 29, 2014, in Case No. 2009-7674-CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as trustee for HarborView Mortgage Loan Trust Mortgage Loan Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-1 is plaintiff, and Tamera Tiller Montante, Virginia Tiller, and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., acting solely as Nominee for America's Wholesale Lender, Min No. 100133700019193971 are defendants, the office of Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell at public sale the following described real property:
LOT 26, BLOCK 305, MARCO BEACH UNIT NINE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6 AT PAGE 69 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Property Address: 530 Inlet Drive, Marco Island, Florida 34145.
The sale will be held on September 17, 2014 at 11 a.m. to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes, at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trial East, Naples, FL 34112.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
