NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 15, 2014, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-009948, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein BANKUNITED, ASSIGNEE OF THE FDIC, AS RECEIVER FOR BANKUNITED, FSB is Plaintiff and MICHELLE LEE BANCROFT F/K/A MICHELLE L. DARNELL; GARY BANCROFT; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1 IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; UNKNOWN TENANT # 2 IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; CITIBANK, N.A.; CHASE BANK USA, N.A.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash ON THE THIRD FLOOR LOBBY OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, at 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES in COLLIER County, FLORIDA 34112, at 11:00 A.M., on the 17 day of SEPTEMBER, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK 10, THE MOORINGS, UNIT NO. 5, PER PLAT IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 4 AND 5, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.2.065.
