NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 19, 2014, and entered in Case No. 1202307CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein AURORA BANK FSB is Plaintiff and COLLEEN A. NEWMAN A/K/A COLLEEN NEWMAN; PHIL NEWMAN A/K/A PHILLIP NEWMAN; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR HOMECOMINGS FINANCIAL NETWORK, INC; GE CAPITAL RETAIL BANK F/K/A GE MONEY BANK; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash ON THE THIRD FLOOR LOBBY OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, at 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES in COLLIER County, FLORIDA 34112, at 11:00 A.M., on the 18 day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, BLOCK 4, BONITA SHORES, UNIT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 1, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.2.065.
