NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated AUGUST 20, 2014, and entered in 11-2014-CA-000632-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CSFB MORTGAGE SECURITIES CORP. ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGE TRUST2005-11 ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES,SERIES 2005-11, is the Plaintiff and BOZENA HANDL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BOZENA HANDL; THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO JP MORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWHEQ INC., CWHEQ REVOLVING HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2005-F are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 FL , at 11:00 AM on September 18, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 75 FEET OF TRACT 63, UNIT 68, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 90, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
