NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, Case No. 51-2009-CA-001985-CAAX-WS, in which Capital Income and Growth Fund, LLC, is Plaintiff, and Defendants, Kathy J. Mills; Peter Mills; Unknown Persons in Possession of the Subject Property the and any and all unknown parties claiming interests by, through, under or against a named defendant to this action, or having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property herein described, the Clerk will sell the following described property situated in Pasco County, Florida:
