NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Summary Judgment dated August 8, 2014, in the above-styled cause, the Clerk of Court for PASCO County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pascorealforeclose.com at 11am on October 9, 2014, the following described property:
Lot 279, LAKESIDE WOODLANDS SECTION 4, according to the plat recorded in Plat Book 22, Page 138, of the public records of Pasco County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
