LOT 209, EMBASSY HILLS UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THER OF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK II, PAGES 86,87 AND 88, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
