and commonly known as: 5234 SCHOOL RD, NEW PORT RICHEY, FL 34653; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on September 17, 2014 at 11:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
