LOTS 1, 2, AND 3, BLOCK 96, CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS (FORMERLY TOWN OF ZEPHYRHILLS) AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 55, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 5349 4th Street, Zephyrhills, Florida 33542, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on October 6, 2014, at 11:00 A.M.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
