Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein M&T Bank, Plaintiff, and Francis G. Weber, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the online auction www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 am on the 1st day of October, 2014, the following descripted property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lots 31 and 32, Block C, Cape Cay Unit Two, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 45, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
