NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 20, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 51-2011-CA-005760-XXXX-WS of the 6th Judicial Circuit in Dade City, Pasco County, Florida, Paula S. O'neil, the Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pasco.realforeclose.comat 11:00 A.M. EST on September 11, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK C, INDIAN TRACE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 4 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA. SAID INDIAN TRACE, AS RENAMED TO MARINA PALMS BY DECLARATION RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2068 PAGE 89, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim with the clerk of court within 60 days after the sale.
