UNIT D, BUILDING 1214, EAGLESWOOD PHASE 3, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, TOGETHER WITH A PERCENTAGE INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS RECORDED IN O.R.BOOK 1545, PAGES 1875 THROUGH 1934, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 3, PAGES 6 THROUGH 8, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.

This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, upon SHAPIRO, FISHMAN & GACHe, LLP, Attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 4630 Woodland Corporate Blvd., Suite 100, Tampa, FL 33614, on or before Sep 29 2014 and file the original with the clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately there after; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
