NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 18, 2014, entered in Case No. 51-2011-CA-001112-CAAX-ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein US Bank National Association as Trustee for RASC 2007-KS2 is the Plaintiff and Alma Esteras; The Unknown Spouse of Alma Esteras; Ismael Esteras; The Unknown Spouse of Ismael Esteras; Carpenters Run Homeowners Association, Inc.; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under , and Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(S) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 22nd day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 146, CARPENTERS RUN PHASE 1, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGE 122 THROUGH 124, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
