NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 19, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013CA005794CAAXWS, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and JANET VERRECHIA; ANTHONY A. SISTO; JOHN VERRECHIA; THOMAS SISTO; BARBARA SISTO; SUNTRUST BANK; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 6th day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 545, BEAR CREEK UNIT FOUR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGES 135 THROUGH 137, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
