J5 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein 21st Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and Patricia A. Jordan a/k/a Patricia A. Jordon ; Unknown Spouse of Patricia A. Jordan a/k/a Patricia A. Jordon; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 22nd day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, UNRECORDED PLAT OF TALLEY SUBDIVISION, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
COMMENCE AT THE NW CORNER OF THE NE ¼ OF THE NE ¼, SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 24, RANGE 18, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, THENCE RUN SOUTH 00°12'24” EAST 787.51 FEET, ALONG THE WEST BOUNDARY OF THE NE ¼ OF THE NE ¼ TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. THENCE RUN NORTH 89°57'19” EAST 329.88 FEET; THENCE RUN SOUTH 00°08'40” EAST 264.20 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89°57'19” WEST, 329.61 FEET, THENCE NORTH 00°12'24” WEST, 264.20 FEET, TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. LESS ANY PORTION THEREOF LYING WITHIN THE ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY OF THE PROPOSED SUNCOAST PARKWAY.
