Notice is hereby given that on October 1, 2014, at 11:00 a.m., at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, Paula O'Neal, Clerk of the Pasco Circuit Court, will offer for sale and sell at public outcry, one by one, to the highest bidder for cash, the property located in Pasco County, Florida, as follows:
Lot 1668, Beacon Square Unit 13-B, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 119, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 14, 2014, in the above-styled cause, pending in said Court.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
